35ml Conker Dorset Dry Gin
105ml Earl Grey tea
Dash of Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Sugar
Slice of Lemon to garnish
Ice

Method:
1. Brew your Earl Grey tea and allow to cool.

2. Fill a tumbler with ice and add your Conker gin

3. Top with the cooled Early Grey tea and add the sugar and lemon juice to taste.

4. Shake and serve over ice with a slice of lemon.

35ml Hernö Old Tom Gin
75ml Strawberry Tea
Strawberries and a slice of lime to garnish
Crushed Ice

Method:
1. Brew your strawberry tea and allow to cool

2. Add Hernö Old Tom Gin to a martini glass with some crushed ice

3. Top with the the cooled strawberry tea and garnish with additional strawberries and lime.

150ml Goslings Black Seal Rum
100ml Lime Juice
100ml Pineapple Juice
50ml Lemon Juice
100ml Simple Syrup
400ml Freshly Brewed Black Tea
4 Drops of The Bitter Truth - Old Time Aromatic Bitters
Pineapple and lime to garnish
Ice

Method:
1. Brew the black tea and allow to cool

2. In a jug, add in all the other ingredients and give it a good stir

3. Pour into tumblers and garnish with additional lime and pineapple.

50ml British Framboise
120ml Green Tea
35ml Lime Juice
Soda Water

Method:
1. Brew the green tea and allow to cool

2. Add the British Framboise to a glass and fill with ice

3. Add the lime juice and top up with soda water

4. Garnish with berries

20ml Gin
20ml Empa-Tea, cold-brewed
20ml Lime Juice
Tonic Water
Crushed Ice
Slice of Lime and Thin Slice of Jalapeño for Garnish

Method:
1. Mix together your cold-brewed Empt-Tea with the gin and lime juice.

2. Pour over crushed ice and top with tonic water.

3. Garnish with a slice of lime and a thing slice of Jalapeño.
