Purrfect Presents for Pooches - Festive Food Edition

Now don’t let the title fool you - there are presents here for all types of fur-babies, we just can’t resist an alliteration or pun. We all know Christmas is a time to show those around you just how much you love and appreciate them through thoughtful gifts; why should our non-human friends and family miss out? We say no more. Our resident pup - Grace, and three kitties - Molly, Pips and Rose (yes, it’s a mad house here) agree. Which is why we are gifting all our loved ones (regardless if they walk on two feet or four paws) with some festive foodie inspired presents. From Limited Edition Doggy Doughnuts to the cutest hand-fed cat holder you ever did see - there is something for every fluff ball this Christmas - even if all you get in return are after-butt-licks and meowing in your face at 3am. Christmas is about giving after all.

Hug Pet Food

Festive Three Bird Roast - HugMyDog

Avoid Fido getting FOMO with the festivities with their very own Christmas Dinner. HugMyDog, (a part of Hug Pet Food) is the UK’s first microwaveable ready meals for pets - yes, that’s now a thing - and their Three Bird Festive Dinner is on top of every pup’s Christmas list. Made using prime British turkey, pheasant and duck and served with organic cranberries and of course, Brussel sprouts. You can be sure your pooch is feasting on something nutritious but delicious as you tuck into your own dinner on Christmas Day. The Festive Three Bird Roast comes in a pack of three (£17.40, Hug Pet Food) and all you need to do is pop in the microwave, leave to cool and then serve.

Biscuiteers

Give The Dog A Bone - Biscuiteers

Adorned in three gorgeous illustrated tins hides a trio of tail-wagging treats all hand-made by Biscuiteers. The flavours include: Cheese (our resident pup Grace’s favourite flavour), Mint, and Carrot & Apple. This is a great gift for any dog lover (and their dog, of course) - the biscuits (£25, Biscuiteers) are made from renowned bakers, Biscuiteers, so you know your pooch can expect only the best and we love that the tubes can be re-used after the treats are long gone, making it gift for both pet and owner. Either refill with extra treats or proudly display around your home, we currently have one in the home office as a pen holder and one in the kitchen hiding poo bags inside.

Queens of the Bone Age

Queens of the Bone Age are a plant-based company that specialises in dog biscuits and doughnuts; we can’t get enough of the cute festive design they create. From personalised bones to Christmas Tree-ats, they have thought of everything to keep your pooch happy. Known for their doggy doughnuts, we had to highlight their 2022 collection which includes two iced woof doughnuts and a gingerbread doggy biscuit pack (£14.99, Queens of the Bone Age) - made using only natural ingredients, with zero palm oil or xylitol, all of QOTBA products are freshly hand-made and gift-wrapped - with 10% of sales going towards animal charities including the RSPCA. Now this is a doughnut gift even Homer Simpson wouldn’t mind gifting Santa’s Little Helper - it does good - and tastes good (according to our resident pup Grace, anyways).
