Shake Things Up With These Reimagined Alt-Mylk Cocktail Classics

We’ve come across a lot of weird ingredients to shake or stir into a cocktail here at Consommé from gin made from ants (yes, really) to banana peel (wasn’t the most a-peel-ing) and beyond, but one ingredient we’ve never seen is dairy-free milk alternatives… until now. Rude Health - the London-based innovator behind the best-selling Almond, Coconut, Hazelnut and pretty much any other nut refreshing milk alternatives have put their spin on these classic cocktails and we are 100% here for it. From a delicious dirty chai made with almond milk for that sweetened kick to an incredibly indulgent hazelnut espresso martini (warning: you will never go back to the original) there is something for everyone, regardless of their dietary requirements (most Rude Health drinks are gluten-free and nut-free too!). We’ve even thrown in our favourite mocktail variation: the Passion Fruit Mocktail that uses oat milk and fresh fruits for a truly imaginative thirst-quenching combination. Here’s how to make them at home.
