A Refined Pit Stop: Escapade Silverstone Launches Express Lunch at The Gallery

There are few lunch settings as dramatic as The Gallery, Escapade Silverstone’s new restaurant and bar, where guests can dine overlooking one of the most iconic stretches of tarmac in the world. And now, with the launch of its new Express Lunch menu, there’s even more reason to stop in, whether you’re travelling through Northamptonshire, meeting colleagues between meetings, or simply seeking a moment of calm and indulgence amid a busy weekday.

Available Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:30, the new Express Lunch is designed for those who value flavour, finesse, and a sense of occasion, even when time is short. Each dish is a celebration of seasonal produce and thoughtful cooking, presented with understated elegance that lets the ingredients and moment speak for themselves.

The menu begins with an inviting selection of small plates, including a Shellfish Bisque or Crispy Pork Belly with Szechuan pepper and plum ketchup. For the main course, guests can indulge in Teriyaki-glazed Atlantic Cod with Charred Tenderstem Broccoli or Braised Beef Ragù, slow-cooked until meltingly tender, folded through ribbons of pappardelle and topped with slow-braised cherry tomatoes and Parmigiano Reggiano. For plant-based diners, the Beetroot Burger is a green flag. Layered with Confit Mushroom, Avocado and Chilli Relish, and served with Sweet Potato Fries.

Finishing off strong with desserts: Sticky Toffee Pudding, drenched in warm butterscotch and crowned with vanilla cream. The Apple Crumble offers nostalgic pleasure with a refined touch. Or for something a little lighter, the Earl Grey Crème Brûlée with its delicate shortbread biscuit is a perfect endnote for a leisurely lunch.

With one course priced at £18, two for £28, and three for £35, the menu strikes a rare balance, exceptional cooking in an elevated setting, without pretence or pressure.

Of course, it helps that the surroundings are every bit as impressive as the food. The Gallery’s floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views of the legendary Silverstone Circuit, where the quiet hum of the track below adds an atmospheric rhythm to the meal. The interior is sleek yet inviting; a space that reflects both the heritage and forward-thinking spirit of Silverstone itself.

The restaurant is part of Escapade Silverstone, a new destination designed to immerse guests in the thrill and beauty of motorsport. Alongside its 60 precision-designed residences, guests can enjoy wellness facilities led by Formula Health founder and F1 Human Performance Osteopath Gemma Fisher, including a track-facing gym, 15m pool, and sauna. It’s a space where performance meets relaxation — and now, exceptional dining joins the mix.

Reservations are recommended for the Express Lunch, which is already proving to be a hit with locals and visitors alike. After all, few pit stops are quite this stylish.
