Island Poké - Island Hopping: Run Club

Start your day with an energising morning in Canary Wharf, with a 6km run led by the expert team at Cadence, designed to challenge and connect runners of all levels. Post-run, step into ARC for a guided free-flow recovery. To round out the morning, refuel with fresh, nourishing bowls from Island Poke and take home an exclusive gift bag curated just for attendees.

The Recovery Bowl is packed with anti-inflammatory and gut-friendly ingredients to help you recharge post-workout. The London Bridge Distillery School

American Whiskey Blending with Barrell Craft Spirits

In this masterclass session you will explore the rich history of whiskey in America while tasting some of their ground breaking blends and have a go at creating your own whiskeys using four exclusive cask samples shipped straight from the states. You’ll then be bottling these unique blends in 200ml bottles for you to take home.

Our barrel-top tastings are a more informal way to learn more about the world of drinks, letting you pick and choose your own way through the drinks being poured at your own pace.⁠

Chef Chet Sharma is hosting the third collaboration of the BiBi & Friends series, welcoming chefs Cal Byerley and Ian Waller from Pine. The menu will celebrate the beginning of Autumn and the season’s produce, with Cal and Ian highlighting the best of the Northumberland larder, and Chet drawing on his close relationships with farmers and fishermen across the UK.
